Shape-note singing is alive and well in the Boston area.  There are regular weekly singings, as well as larger annual singings.

Second Sundays, 4-7 pm at Christ Church Unity, 70 Colchester Street, Brookline, MA.

Second Mondays, 7:45-10pm at The Meetinghouse, Andover Newton Theological School, 210 Herrick Rd, Newton Center, MA.

Third Sundays, 3-5:30 PM at First Parish Church, 20 High Road, Newbury, MA.

Fourth Sundays, 3-6pm at Friends Meeting House, 99 Morris Avenue, Providence RI

Plymouth MA Annual All-Day Singing: Saturday before second Sunday of February

Western Massachusetts: Second Sunday of March and Saturday before.

Vermont State: Saturday before fourth Sunday of March.

Rhode Island State All-Day Singing: Saturday before third Sunday of April

Connecticut State All-Day Singing: Third Sunday of April

Boston All-Day Singing: Saturday before second Sunday of May

Sabbathday Lake Shaker Community Singing: Saturday before first Sunday of June

Pioneer Valley All-Day Singing: Saturday before first Sunday of July

Quebec Convention: Friday and Saturday before second Sunday of July 

Jeremiah Ingalls Singing: Saturday before third Sunday of July

Maine Coast All-Day Singing: Saturday before last Sunday of July

New England Convention: First Sunday of October and Saturday before.

Berkshire Foothills: Saturday before the Second Sunday of November
