I have set all the pieces that do not appear either in The Sacred Harp or in Norumbega Harmony.  There are "pretty good drafts" -- certainly not final, but I believe they are accurate and readable.  As this was my first serious use of Lilypond, there is some evolution in the typesetting that I will eventually standardize.

In my work I have found discords in the music as printed, a large fraction of which I believe to be poor engraving rather than intentional.  I have used my judgment in making conservative changes in those cases; each change is documented in the Lilypond code.
